The Porsche Design Tower will have 57 stories and at 650 ft tall, it will be the tallest residential ocean front building in the U.S. It will have only 132 private residences making it one of the least dense residential towers in South Florida. The Porsche Design Tower Development is a partnership between developer Gil Dezer from Dezer Developments (Developer of the famed Trump Towers, Trump Grande and Trump International Hotel in Sunny Isles Beach, Miami) and The Porsche Design Group from Germany. This magnificent building will include 132 exclusive residences and 57 stories. This will be the first Porsche Design Tower in the United States.

The building will feature a robotic parking system allowing owners to park their cars in their own garage in their residence.

Most residences will have private 10′ X 15′ swimming pools on their expansive 15 feet deep terraces.
